These beta terms describe the rules for using Deluj Stay. Guests must provide accurate booking information, respect property rules, and pay the confirmed price shown at checkout.

Hosts must publish accurate property information, honour confirmed reservations, and maintain safe, lawful accommodation. Platform fees, payout timing, and refund outcomes are shown during the relevant workflow.

This beta copy must be reviewed by legal counsel before a public launch in any jurisdiction.
