Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms must be displayed before payment and stored with each booking snapshot. During beta, contact support before cancelling a paid reservation so the correct refund treatment can be confirmed.

Host cancellations, guest cancellations, refunds, and completed stays are represented as distinct booking states. The final fee schedule requires product and legal approval before public launch.
